The Best Tortilla is the gastronomic festival that celebrates the true jewel of Spanish cuisine: the potato omelette. After a successful first edition in Valencia, this year we're expanding to several cities across Spain, bringing our unique competition to the tastiest corners of the country.

In each edition, the best potato omelette chefs, both nationally and locally, compete to win the title of Spain's best tortilla. But the contestants aren’t the only stars—you, the audience, will be the judge. You can taste all the omelettes at the stalls, vote for your favorite, and be part of the final verdict.

Beyond the excitement of the competition, the festival offers a day full of activities: live music from emerging local artists, food trucks, and much more. The event runs from 10 AM to midnight—a full day to enjoy the best of each city's gastronomy, art, and culture!
